At Travelpro®, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your journey, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 100 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items with all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
